My favorite DIY ‘white chocolate mocha’ protein latte that keeps you motivated at work without a sugar crash!
Y’all, I’m all about a good latte especially in the fall! I love the creamy, frothy goodness, and the caffeine boost is always welcome! But if I’m honest, most coffee shop lattes can be loaded with sugar and empty calories. And the typical sugar crash in the afternoon is no joke.

I’ve been experimenting lately with coffee recipes that are sweet but mostly sugar free and that will actually give me a jumpstart to my morning! I want my mornings to be the most productive and efficient at the office which makes coffee my number one go to! This one is so easy to make at home, and it’s packed with a little bit of protein antioxidants and vitamins, so it keeps me feeling energized and focused all day long.
(Lately, I’ve been trying to add protein to everything I can and this little bit of protein in the milk helps provide energy without the crash!)
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- Inch and a half of Fairlife Milk (heated in a cup and frothed)
- 1 cap full of white chocolate mocha skinny syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Pour yourself a cup of coffee- leave room for cream
- In a different cup, heat up about an inch and half of milk for 15-30 seconds
- Froth the milk until thick (about 30 seconds)..I use a small battery powered frother.
- Add your syrup to the coffee.
- Pour milk into your mug and enjoy!
If you want to make your latte extra special, you can top it with whipped cream, a drizzle of white chocolate sauce, or even a sprinkle of cinnamon!
