Girl, Stop Apologizing” is like a pep talk from your best friend who wants you to shine! Rachel Hollis, your personal hype woman, doesn’t hold back in this book! With humor and raw honesty, she shares her journey from self-doubt to success, urging you to do the same!

If you’re struggling to find confidence, Rachel, shows you secret paths around self-doubt and leads you to finding joy and purpose in life. It’s not about being perfect– you’ll discover the magic of owning your voice, speaking truth with kindness, and setting boundaries like you’ve always desired without that achy feeling in your gut.

‘Stop waiting for someday; someday is a myth. Don’t wait to have the time; start planning to make the time” -Rachel Hollis

Next, Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead is for every girl with a dream and a heart full of grit. Brené shows you how vulnerability isn’t weakness, it’s your superpower. Learn to lead with courage, embrace your imperfections, and build relationships. This book isn’t just about climbing the ladder; it’s about creating a ripple effect of positive change, both in your personal life and in the world around you.

It’s not about having all the answers, but about asking the right questions and listening with open ears. You’ll discover the magic of setting strong boundaries, owning your mistakes, and celebrating every stumble along the way!

“Just step over the comments and keep daring, always remembering that armor is too heavy a price to pay to engage with cheap-seat feedback” -Brene Brown

“Atomic Habits” is the BEST guide to building good habits and throwing out bad ones. This book shows you how tiny tweaks, like reading a page before bed or taking a five-minute walk, can snowball into remarkable results. It’s like compound interest for your personal growth, where small, consistent steps lead to big changes over time. You’ll learn the Four Laws of Behavior Change, a simple framework to make your good habits irresistible and your bad ones melt away. It’s like hacking your brain for self-improvement, with tips on making healthy choices feel like a reward, not a chore. “Atomic Habits” is your key to unlocking a better you, one tiny step at a time.

“Some people spend their entire lives waiting for the time to be right to make an Improvement.” -James Clear

Simon Sinek’s Find Your Why is your roadmap to finding your purpose. This book helps you discover what lights your fire, what makes your soul sing, and what gets you jumpin’ out of bed each morning! Seriously though, he shows you how to uncover the deeper purpose within, motivates your choices, and makes you truly come alive. This book isn’t just about finding your “Why”; it’s about living it.

“A boss has the title, a leader has the people”

-Simon Sinek

“The Culture Code” is more than just business advice; it’s a recipe for building meaningful connections and achieving amazing things together! Imagine your team functioning in sync, achieving AMAZING results through collaboration, team work, and mutual support. This isn’t just a dream; this CAN be reality. In “The Culture Code,” Daniel Coyle dives deep into the secrets of successful group dynamics, providing actionable insights for leaders and individuals just like you!

“Creating engagement around a clear, simple set of priorities can function as a lighthouse, orienting behavior and providing a path toward a goal.” -Daniel Coyle

Next- another one of my all time favorites! “The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth” by John C. Maxwell, a professional development read for anyone seeking GROWTH.

Maxwell emphasizes that growth is not a one-time event, but rather a lifelong journey. He identifies 15 essential laws that serve as guiding lights on this path, including:

  • Law of Intentionality: Growth requires conscious effort and planning.
  • Law of Awareness: Understanding your strengths and weaknesses is crucial for self-improvement.
  • Law of the Mirror: Your self-image significantly impacts your growth potential.
  • Law of Reflection: Regularly reflecting on experiences fuels learning and adaptation.
  • Law of Consistency: Consistent action, fueled by discipline, leads to lasting progress.

Maxwell’s writing is engaging and easy to digest! One of my all time favorite authors!

“Law of the mirror- you must see value in yourself to add value to yourself.”

-John C. Maxwell

“The Power of Less” Words of wisdom to live by. Imagine living with just the things that bring you joy, focusing on pursuits that truly matter, and having the space to breathe deeply. Less isn’t about deprivation; it’s about freedom. “The Power of Less” offers a path to a life less burdened and more beautifully lived!

“If something’s not giving you value, consider eliminating it from your life. Protect your time- it’s your most valuable commodity. -Leo Babauta

Two equally talented women walk into a boardroom. One is polished, put together, and clearly intentional about how she shows up. One is not. They will not be perceived the same way. Most of the time, they will not be given the same opportunities.

How you dress tells your team you take this seriously.

The version of success I dreamed about at 22 isn’t the version I want today and that’s okay.

Back then, I thought success looked like checking all the boxes, chasing titles, and always reaching for the next thing. As I’ve grown, so have my priorities. Now, success means peace, meaningful relationships, doing work that matters, and building a life I don’t need a vacation from.

Your goals are allowed to change. Your definition of success is allowed to evolve. That’s not giving up or falling behind- it’s a sign that you’re growing into the person you’re meant to become. 🤍
