Where to Stay:
Every time I’ve stayed in Charleston, I’ve stayed somewhere different except twice. I’ve loved every single place and would do it over again. I really don’t think there’s a bad option here- it really just depends on what you’re wanting to do/how much you’re wanting to spend. If you’re looking for a budget vacation to Charleston, you can book the North Charleston Marriott Hotel for a reasonable rate. It’s about 15 mins from downtown and not too far from other attractions. This last time I stayed downtown in a home called the ‘Barbadoes Home’ booked through Marriott Villas. It was absolutely beautiful and located right around the college. I’ve also stayed at a home on the Isle of Palms and loved it. However, if you’re looking for a central location to the majority of the Charleston ‘hot spots’ this one would be out of the way. Still doable but a little out of the way! 🙂
