We’ve all been there: staring at a closet bursting with clothes, but still feeling like we have nothing to wear! Step 1: It’s simple, don’t get overwhelmed
It really is simple to create a wardrobe you LOVE, but before we even get started, don’t get overwhelmed thinking about ALL the possibilities, how hard it is or how much money it costs. I believe most people say a capsule wardobe consists of 20-30 pieces that are versatile and while that could be true- my belief around a capsule work wardrobe is literally just finding pieces that you actually love, can recreate different outfits with and that you can bring into different seasons throughout the year. It’s that simple. You don’t have to obtain this certain ‘number’ of pieces.

I’m sharing these two pieces because these are MY two favorite pieces that I have in multiple colors that fit my petite frame, are timeless, elegant and I always tend to reach for. This post isn’t to make you think you NEED THESE two pieces, it’s to show you how to start building a timeless wardrobe you love and stop spending money on pieces you don’t even like.
