Happy Wednesday! For all my girls on here lately asking for career advice- I wanted to share a few tips with y’all today on how to be leaders when you’re not the ‘boss’. I know this question comes up sometimes so let’s talk about it! We don’t always have to have direction from our boss in everything we do in order to be good leaders. I know this feeling of refraining from true ‘leadership’ can happen in the corporate world because we’re just not sure if we’re overstepping but I can promise you this- your team needs you. If you have leadership qualities- just start showing up as one. When you’re a part of a team all working towards the same goal…you can ALL be leaders.
